The Last Five Years by Jason Robert Brown Ticket Options

Thu May 17 18:00:00 UTC 2018 19:00 University Hall

MADSoc presents our summertime show, Jason Robert Brown’s The Last Five Years.
Come along and experience the emotionally charged relationship between Cathy Hiatt, a struggling actress, and Jamie Wellerstein, an emerging writer, through a captivating score. Over the course of five years, Jamie & Cathy fall in love, get married and divorced – but it’s no ordinary love story, as Cathy’s storyline unfolds in reverse. The musical style showcases everything from the raunchy bluesy riffs of ‘A Miracle Would Happen’ to the piano ballad pieces of ‘Nobody Needs to Know’ to the whimsical jazzy chords of ‘A Summer in Ohio’.
We at MADSoc truly can’t wait to put on our biggest production this year!
There are three show dates on Thursday 17th, Friday 18th and Saturday 19th May so there are plenty of opportunities to catch it.
Early bird tickets are available until the end of April at just £3, after which it’s only a fiver!
